In the app
Open Settings → Delete account (حذف الحساب), then confirm your request. You can download your data in Settings first.
Request by email
If you cannot access the app, email the approved support address below with your player ID and sign-in method.
Never send a password, verification code or card details. Support must verify account ownership before processing deletion.
What is deleted and retained
Accounts, profile photos and associated data are deleted. Financial records lose personal fields; counsel sets retention.
Moderation records remain for 12 months and the admin audit is retained. Backup details and processing times need approval.
